I am 6’1 220 lbs and I wear L, so if you like your clothing to fit just then XL would be good. If you like your clothing baggy then XXl would be aiight

I would get a medium, I'm about the same size minus 5 pounds and measure about 49 with the over arm measurement and 38 chest measurement. Though, I am a skinny type not much of a bulky type, but it fits me perfectly with a little room in the chest area if I ever decide on lifting again.

Only if the neck tie is slender and not a thick wide type.
