I bought three for kitchen for standing on hard floor. Helps so much. Look and feel better than black rubber mats.

Watch how they ship these, for sure! The mats are strong but they still shut them in doors and drag them on the floors! the corner of one of the mats I ordered had seen both. I considered sending it back for a replacement or a refund, but to get over to the UPS Store that would take it, on their hours and get this completed, I just cut the mat down instead!!! I probably woold not order another one online again.

The mat really helps as my floors are tile. I have 3 mats, sink stove and work area. Love the cush!

The Home Dynamix Emeril Lagasse Kitchen Mat is fabulously thick and supportive! The comfort provided makes kitchen work much more pleasant. It takes a little practice/adjustment to walk past the mat as its thickness is a bit of a trip hazard at first. Love it!

This is a comfortable mat to stand on & I'm guessing it will be easy to clean, but it's NOT the color of the mat in the picture. That mat is a light sand color and is very attractive. The actual mat is a muddy brown that's not attractive in any way. There's no way I'm going to lug this back to the Amazon return place I use. The box alone is 4 times as big as the mat and wouldn't fit in my car. As I said earlier, it's a comfortable mat to stand on & I'm sure it will make chopping, slicing, cooking, cleaning easier. I just wish Amazon's products would actually look like the advertisement picture. This isn't the only item I've gotten that looked nothing like the picture. It's just disappointing and disheartening to get something that's so far "off".

So I bought one of these since I had a similar one from the same brand (Home Dynamix) that I bought from a brick & mortar store, but the color looked very washed out (not black, but like a faded, old black), and it also came in the stock retail packaging - a very thin, clear plastic insert, rather than a box or heavy-duty bag meant for shipping, so it arrived damaged.

Highly disappointed at the cost of this mat and how poorly it has held up to cleaning. Don’t clean it with cleansing spray that has bleach!!! Turned the gray squares purple. Maybe I missed that this wasn’t a product safe for cleaning with bleach? But come on, people put these in kitchens and bathrooms, where we are more likely to use bleach! Of course, I’m just a month outside of the return window and now stuck with a blotchy purple and gray mat. If you don’t care how they end up looking and just want the cushion, go for it. Otherwise, go with another brand.
