Very useful for me. I have loss of lordosis on the lower spine. It is helping me to slowly regain the lumbar curve. I use it as a back rest also and provides good support in the right place. The rubber band in the centre is useless though. It kept coming off. I had to throw it away.

It definitely helps to inculcate a habit of correct posture in you which makes it a nice product but I can observe that there are many things which can be improved in it. I haven't tried any other belt from it but the first problem I see that the shoulder straps they have shown in the pics have velcro whereas they have buckles in reality which makes it very difficult to tighten or loosen the belts from shoulders. Also, the stomach belt is little small. It's not like that it doesn't help at all. It's just that all of these drawbacks make you lazy to use it and it is not handy. Because of all theses reasons, you can't use it all day long but you can use it for few hours at home and it will provide you support while maintaing a correct posture.
