HandleitgripsTextured Rubber Grip Enhancement for Smith and Wesson Shield Plus 9mm/40

Put these on a lot of my concealed carry pistols, especially ones that I can carry with a clip instead of holster. They're particularly useful on the Shield plus because the grip serrations are very aggressive and when carrying using a techniclip of similar without a holster between the pistol and body, the serrations can be very irritating. This mitigates it completely.

I much prefer the stippled grip of my S&W M&P Shield 9 Plus for shooting practice but that more aggressive frame texture kept getting caught onto my shirt when moving around throughout the day. So, I needed something to tone the frame texture down a bit to be snag free, but to also remain grippy enough for shooting without constant readjusting.Likes: To start, this grip has much more coverage all the way up the frame even between the firearm controls than competitors. The extra grip coverage is also great for the support hand as well. The added gas pedals for out front for indexing trigger finger and the support thumb were also a nice bonus.Dislikes: After installing the grip as directed, which included cleaning the grip frame of the firearm with alcohol before using the provided alcohol pad, and then heating up the grip 3x as directed, the grip started to shift on the backstrap piece and the bottom edge of one side near the mag well after a few days of just dry fire practice. In addition, I didn’t like that the grip covered the serial number on the firearm and had to trim that area to expose the SN.Final thought: I did contact the seller and told them about the shifting in a small area, and they sent me a replacement, which fit and has remained in place even after a live fire at the range so far. So the customer service was great. Overall, I really like this grip better than Talon that has less coverage, and better than Hogue which adds more bulk. Would’ve given 5 stars if not for covering up the SN.

As long as you hit it with the heat gun or hell a lighter just heat in general……. FIA!!!!

M&p 9 sheild plusLaser cutting was off just a little but the only thing i really have a problem with is the corners cant get them to stick to good but the comfort is there and adhesion took a little longer then expected but hey i got it 😂😂😂
