Arrived with spout missing!
This arrived without the spout, we contacted seller, who gave us options to return and refund or wait for the spout. I waited, it arrived today, assembled easily,looks great, weighs a lot, so dont drop it. Fixing it next to a stone trough looks the part. So far, so good.

Unfortunately bad customer service
I brought this hand pump for our village community allotment, all started off well but within days the inside parts had fallen apart, the rubber seal kept coming off.I had our plumber attend to this 7 visits to put it back together only for it to fail.The seller will not exchange for a new one or refundme.I’ve sent them photos as requested.They have offered to replace the parts ordering from china and and ten days on I still haven’t received anything.It’s now hot and all the produce is going to waste .So avoid !!

I LOOKED AT A NUMBER OF THESE PUMPS ON AMAZON ALL WITH DIFFERING BRAND NAMES BUT ALL IDENTICAL IN LOOKS, BUT MOST OF THEM, AT ALARMINGLY HIGH PRICES !!!!!. THIS ONE WAS A THIRD OF THE PRICE OF OTHERS. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH BOTH THE QUALITY AND FINISH OF THIS PUMP+STAND, PLUS OF COURSE THE VALUE FOR MONEY. I WAS ALSO EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH THE STANDARD OF SEREVICE & SUPPORT THAT I RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY DURING THE TRANSACTION.

Excellent product, very decorative
Arrived in plenty of time for Christmas.Very pleased with the sturdiness and finish, very decorative.Only drawback, did not say it needed extra items to go with it.In the write up on this item it says included is a 26in pump stand which we did not receive.
