Loveeeeeeeeeeeee this blanket. I always run hot, but I still love the feeling of a blanket, it just makes me feel more secure. Bought this hoping to find a blanket that wouldn’t have me waking up in a pool of my own sweat by morning. Gotta say it does the job. Soft, silky feel, good size, not too thick but still enough weight and such to feel comforting and tucked in, it’s not self cooling but stays pretty cool compared to other blankets. Definitely happy with my purchase

I had looked at this throw off and on for a long time. I was skeptical about whether this blanket would really help me stay cool at night. I have spent so much money on other cooling items and supplements that did not help with my post-menopausal hot flashes. I bought one for myself, but my daughter said she wanted one, so when mine came, in I gave it to her because her room stays hot. She got to use her blanket for a couple of days before mine was delivered, and she said it did wonderfully. She is much younger than me and not going through hot flashes and I was still thinking that it probably wouldn't do much for me. I was absolutely wrong! This blanket definitely keeps me cool - I've actually gotten to the point of being cold at times during the night! I definitely was not expecting how well this blanket would work for me, since nothing else has. If it happens to come off of me in the middle of the night and I've rolled over on it and gotten it hot, I can do like other reviewers suggested and fan it a few times and the temperature on it drops fast and gets cool again. I went into menopause 2 years ago and I have had such a decreased quality of sleep because of being hot at night: tossing and turning trying to find a cool spot in bed, flipping my pillow to the cool side, fanning myself multiple times every night until my hot flashes go away. In the week since I have been using this I have had MUCH better sleep, and as a result I am not nearly as fatigued during my work day as I have been over the past couple of years. I actually had a couple of work days where I wasn't fatigued at all by the end of the day. I love this blanket and how it has helped improve my quality of life by getting my sleep back on track. I wish I hadn't waited so long to order this.

Wow I didn't even know this was a thing I'm always hot or cold but when I'm hot short of jumping in the shower this amaze me I bought it on a whim and it had a good price I thought well I wanted a lighter throw because all my other ones are so thick this one cools me down like nothing I've ever seen they need to make clothes out of this material as soon as I got it out of the box I took off my shirt and wrapped it around me and it was like Arctic heaven the fit wow it's big and I just got the throw the material is very soft and the quality it is well made not a loose stitch nowhere if you were having hot flashes from menopause or just one of those people that their thermostat is stuck on stupid like mine LOL this material will cool you down in a matter of minutes I like it because our Summer's here are hot and even with the air conditioner on I still run hot and when I want to take my naps I reach for this now when I want a nice cool effect it's like a hug from a cool cloud highly recommend

I got two of these because the pattern was really cute, but I didn't realize the layers would be loose. There's nothing except the borders keeping them together. Additionally, because of this second layer, it just isn't as cooling as their other upgraded blanket. If you've never tried one before, these do actually work. They're a little heavier than regular fabric and lack padding, which is largely a good thing.I think that having the double layers here, especially with no quilt stitching to keep them from sliding around, is working counter to what I enjoyed about the other Ailemei blanket. Even if I like the pattern, with both of those other downsides, I'd prefer something else.

Definitely keeps you cool. It's very thin also. Good size. A couple of threads came out after washing, but the company said that might happen. Overall, good cooling blanket.

I love these cooling throws! I get hot so easily and they make a world of difference when I'm trying to sleep! When it starts to loose the cool feeling, you can just shake it and it gets cool again!

Not easy to install. Roof Panels were very difficult and flimsy. And not wanting to slide in without falling out or pulling seals out. Like the look and it does look nice. But panels would be better if more solid

These cold blankets are all the rage in our home! With teens, a menopausal grandmother and a mom who sweats while Dad is freezing!! These are a GREAT compromise! In fact we’ve been able to turn the thermostat up a tad since purchasing everyone their own!! While this is lightweight, reversible and cooling upon immediate touch, This particular one can “pull apart” like the front and back aren’t sewn together or quilted. Not certain of the correct term. We ordered 6 off Temu and they were all quilted and reversible as well. Fortunately we are savvy with a machine so we’re gonna run a few stitches across it. Don’t know it that makes a big deal but to my mom it did.

Como mencionas otras reseñas, si el ambiente está caliente, pues no tiene forma de enfriarse, pero si es fresca. Por lo que opté en estas noches infernales, fue el pasar la cobija por el grifo y ahora duermo genial!! Se mantiene fresca casi toda la noche, ahora hasta mis gatos duermen sobre mi para estar cómodos
