Do these socks have a flat seam toe line?

If you mean a stitching line across the top of the toes where the toe piece connects to the upper foot; yes. It is so slight that I had to put my hand in the sock to really tell that it's there. So, yes there is a seam there.

I wear a women's size 9 shoe. Which size should I get?

I normally wear an 81/2 to 9 shoe. I bought the 6-9 size and they fit well.

Good cushioning

Would have liked them to be a bit higher on my leg but I knew that when I purchased. A but slow to dry when travelling but that's the price of the comfortable cushioning.

Nice socks

Comfortable, don’t get eaten by your shoes or slip down your foot. I like the webbing at the toes to let your feet breathe and they dry quickly. They can get hot on your feet when it’s really hot because they are thick. They are not “no show” socks. They cover my ankles, which I like.
