Great bit of kit I wouldn’t now be without
Been using this for a week now and despite it feeling a little bit flimsy I’ve got to say it’s been absolutely brilliant. If you’ve been hand winding straps then this will change your life and save your hands that cramping and aching. If/when mine breaks I will be be buying another immediately.

Easy to use and winds straps FAST
Good value for money, very lightweight - which concerns me a little as most of the contraption (the moving parts) is made of plastic so I feel like i need to handle it carefully. Correctly stored (IE not under heavy stuff) and not throwing the thing around I see no reason it shouldn’t be in a working condition indefinitely, as the moving parts are plastic there’s nothing to seize up/warp etc. The ‘core’ is metal, with plastic parts stuck onto it, and a decent bit of foam around the bottom to hold onto, which makes it comfortable and easy to use. Fits my 5-band webbing straps just fine, and they are reasonably chunky. The overall quality is reflected in the relatively low price for a specialist tool like this. It does the job very well indeed - winds up straps as fast as you can turn the winder, so it’s quick! A real game changer compared to winding up straps with no mechanical aid. Has improved my truck-work life considerably, makes me smile every time I use it, but then I do like a gadget!

Not bad but not metal
Looks metal, is plastic, me and a work friend have the same one, both said looked metal on pic and video, other than that ive had no problems, my friends handle has fell off plastic end but mine hasn't had one issues, for the money id expect metal, does the job, makes it a lot quicker to do and pretty easy to use.
