Faulty design, main hook slips off, cannot hang the product.
The main hook slips off from the point where it’s connecting with the rest of the links (shown with a red arrow in the picture). It becomes completely useless, as you cannot hang it anywhere. Though it’s good quality plastic, but it’s design fails the product and makes it useless.
