Fits & Performs Great on Mercury 60 EFI
Well Made. High Quality. Brass Bushings that fit great on my Mercury 60hp EFI Outboard. I replaced the original Mercury aluminum 12.5 with this one, and I love the feel and performance.

Quicker out of the hole
Definitely ups the performance of my outboard. Lot quicker out of the hole and on plane and less droppage in speed on turns. No flex as with aluminum props. The price was right; less than a name brand aluminum. Didn't gain much on top end speed but is right up there with the old aluminum prop. No problem with replacement. Fit on the spleen is perfectly.

What a Prop Should Be
This is definitely an upgrade to the aluminum prop. We live near saltwater and the sand, gravel, and shells are always hard on the aluminum props. This is so much better in my book. Install is pretty straightforward. It looks good with no noticeable defects in the stainless steel.

Prop insert was pressed in wrong.
Installed the prop on my 40 hp Mercury. Prop was rubbing against the bearing housing inside by thrust washer. After trying to determine what was wrong I took it to a prop shop for check out. Prop insert was pressed in at an angle causing the prop to be off centered and rub. Shop was able to repair it and I reinstalled it. Works perfect now. I would not buy this again.
