I've just received the product. I haven't used it yet as its arrived with a label that looks dirty and stained by some liquid of sorts and isn't giving me much confidence for the contents

I bought these to try and flatten out spikes I get in my blood glucose levels when dieting, you can never be sure how much the placebo effect comes into play but I did find my sugar cravings were much reduced.
