As a natural girl I'm always looking for new products that will help me manage my hair and just make my life easier. It's not always convenient to carry a full sized comb and brush around. Milk + Sass' Macaron detangling hairbrush and compact mirror looked like it was up for the challenge! Ladies, don't let size fool you! Especially my thick haired sisters. This brush is small but sturdy. I took it for a test run on my mom's hair. She is natural as well with curly, kinky hair. After washing and blow drying my mom's hair I used the macaron to detangle and style. I didn't have to use a comb or brush at all! While brushing her hair, mom said the bristles felt AMAZING to her scalp, "like a mini scalp massage." Compared to similar detangling brushes we've used in the past, the macaron bristles were way stronger (they didn't give up lol). I'm next to try the macaron. I will use it to detangle my hair while wet. My only complaint is that I have a big head, my mom not so much :). I'll keep you posted! I should also note that there were maybe one or two strands of hair left in the brush after detangling/styling 🙌🏾. That's a big deal!Ps: It's really cute!!😍

Cute, compact, and smart design. Takes a little getting used to holding such a small brush without a handle, but it detangles like a pro. Mine arrived a little scuffed on the outside, but it’s still functional.

- Outer pieces are a hard plastic and bristles are plastic- When closed, it's about 2 3/4" diameter and 1 1/2" highPros- Cute and compact, love the mirror- Gives you a nice scalp massage when you brush- It's easy to pull out hairs stuck in the brush from the sideCons- As to whether it hurts, it hurts less than a regular brush but my 8 year old definitely said it was painful when detangling.- Not sure if it's easy to clean. I'm nervous about soaking it in soapy water as the bristles are glued to the top and if there is a gap the water would go through.- I love the outer colors but I wouldn't have complemented those with the interior color choices; the combinations could have been better

My kids get very matted hair after sleeping and obviously don’t like to have it detangled; usual story I’m sure. These brushes work shockingly well. Admittedly we “only” have fine, straight hair. It may be different for other hair types. The tangles are really bad though. Great product; give it a try!

I bought this brush to keep in my purse and also to take on vacation. It works great. And as a bonus it has a small mirror in it. I used that on my vacation too. You won't go wrong buying this brush.

It's a little awkward to hold and use on my kid, buy over all happy with the size, compactness, and that it has a cover.

I absolutely love this brush and had to buy a second one after purchasing and falling in love with my first. This untangles my long hair like nothing else can with no pain and no split ends. My hair feels and looks healthier since switching!

This is a great brush. I prefer straight bristled brushes instead of the ones where the bristles have the buttons on the ends. And it works great as a travel size brush!
