Overall good quality. Need to retighten strap with use. Would be better if had a ratchet mechanism

I am recovering from a right shoulder replacement surgery. I am at week 10of my recovery. I go twice a week to physical therapy at the hospital where my surgery was performed. I started last week using resistance bands. Because I wanted to be able to do the same exercises at home I purchased the bands and the door strap. This strap looks almost identical to the one I used at the hospital. Works perfectly.

I needed this while doing physical therapy for a shoulder injury. It did make it easier to do my band exercises but the levels were not exactly where I needed them. It seems pretty secure on a door and it hasn't come undone yet! Good value for the money.

I use these with my Draper's Strength Heavy Duty Resistance Stretch Loop Bands, and they work great in the door jambs.

Easy to setup and sturdy enough for travel workouts.

I buy a lot from Amazon but seldom take the time to write a review. This product is well made, strong and easy to use. I almost never recommend products but this is an exception. Buy it with confidence!

If you're looking to work out with double or more resistant bands, this is not sturdy enough.

Working on physio from shoulder replacement and this gives me a great variety of exercises..Easy to set up. have to tighten a bit as it stretches a little.Great stretches and exercises for me.

And it's really good. I had it now for about 3 months using everyday 4. Oh 5 times a day thank you very much the best I got.

I was looking around for exercise bands to work out for a while. I came across these, and they seemed like a great deal. After receiving them, they exceeded my expectations and are absolutely fantastic to use. I have been searching a while for bands , as I mentioned, and I feel these are a great deal and they work amazing!

Having just become really into callisthenics after years of weightlifting one of the things I notice was that you need a few bits and bobs to get a great workout including pull up bars, paralettes and trx type of setup to do rows and flyes (I used gym handles and some 550 paracord), the problem was always finding somewhere to use them, often I’d take the park with my kids and throw them over a low branch for pull-ups or playground equipment or over my outside pull up bars. But frankly I sometime hate having to go outside in the rain and I saw one of these door anchors somewhere and got it off slim panda. It came with the usual Amazon speediness and the first time I tried it I did wonder why I took so long to find out about it and why they aren’t more popular. The whole range of trx type of callisthenic work is at your disposal on any door, at home, workplace or on holiday (they’ll def be coming on holidays with me); flyes, pistol squats, all angles of rows and pulls. I was rather tentative about putting weight on the door but it completely holds my weight- just make sure there’s no one to simply open the door from the other side! You’ll find comfort in the fact the room behind the door is empty. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this, for something so inexpensive it provide incredible range. Great company too.
