Quality is a good one. As for the size, I'd suggest to choose 1 size up. It fits really well and quite comfortable.

Very heavy cloth and doesn't seem fit for sports wear

Stitching is too good at this price. The cloth is also very soft. Pattern I choose for this 3 button blue shirt is same as we see in picture. Fitting to me for L size is good. I think the person who goes to the gym and have biceps will fit perfectly because clothe at the biceps side is little short as shown in product picture.
