I really like this product, it doesn’t dry my skin, and it goes on nice and smooth

Very moisturizing, but the coverage sucks

I have always loved anything Neutrogena! They make good quality cosmetics. When I received this Hydro Boost hydrating concealer, I first thought since the shade is "Deep" that it would be too dark for me since I'm fair complected. But to my surprise, with a little blending it blended perfectly and you couldn't even tell it was a darker shade. I have dark circles under my eyes when I don't get enough sleep. I used this concealer and it did conceal my dark circles. So I am very pleased with the outcome. In the center of the concealer one can see another circle. This is the hydrating core that will instantly quench your dry skin. When I applied the concealer, I could feel it moisturize my skin which I love! According to their packaging, the concealer also contains purified Hyaluronic Acid which is "naturally found in skin. The hydrating hyaluronic acid acts as a sponge for dry skin cells, moisturizing with up to 1,000 times its weight in water, resulting in smoother, more supple skin". I definitely believe this as it left my skin feeling really soft and supple. This product feels lightweight on my skin and is oil-free and non-greasy. And after wearing it all day, it looked natural and didn't bunch up under my eyes. Another great product from Neutrogena!

Works well to conceal dark circles under eyes and even some select age spots. This product is in a lipstick type applicator. The stick is comprised of a central core of a hydrating agent (purified hyaluronic acid) surrounded by the concealing material. Very successful at concealing the dark tones, this Deep 50 shade turned out just a wee bit dark in tone for medium fair skin. Glides on silky smooth - very pleasing. Although in this lipstick style dispenser, you'll probably want to adjust it with a fingertip or light brush. Holds in well for hours with no caking. From Johnson & Johnson, and the package advises ophthalmologist tested safe for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. No complaints or reservations here . . . it works and is easy and pleasant to use.

I don't usually use under eye concealer but I gave this a try. It's thicker and darker than I expected and does not easily blend with foundation. It feels cakey and sticky and after an hour it congeals into the wrinkles and crinkles of my over 50 year-old face. And I'm not seeing, or feeling, the difference with the addition of hyaluronic acid. There's very little "quenching" or moisture involved. It might work better with younger skin or be more useful in hiding freckles or birthmarks, but as an under eye concealer, I'm not impressed. I think it might just become another product that takes up space in my makeup bag.

I gave my mother this Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hydrating Concealer and she has used it several times. She just loves it. She had a few skin cancer things removed and she used this to cover the areas. She says it works and feels nice and leaves her skin looking good.

I like the easy with which this product is applied. It's almost like a lipstick container and you just twist and more of the product comes up. It goes on the skin well and covers well. Consistency is a tricky thing with concealer. I like the way it covers when it's creamier but it also seems to smudge more like that as well. When it's cakier, it seems to settle more in those lines and not look as soft. This one is the middle of the road. I think I prefer it to go on just a little bit thicker but if you are one who just likes that touch up of color, this is likely a good product for you. It's easy to thrown in your purse and if you need a touch up in the day, it's easy to do without creating a mess. I know this says hydro boost but I didn't get the sense I was getting a lot of moisture. That might just be that I'm comparing it with others I use that do so as well. I like this product in that it is easy to use, to carry, and to apply and that it wears well on the skin.
