They were extremely understanding and fixed the issue for me. My 2 year old will be thrilled to have a safari page to work on in this book. He has been bringing me the book every day since we’ve got it, and wants to complete a different page each day. It has helped him tremendously with learning new words and encourage his verbal skills.* * *This book is sturdy and the images are very cute. However, it came with missing pieces and my toddler was not happy about it. My set came without any pieces for the safari animal page; and I got 2 sets of farm animal pieces. I contacted the seller via email over a week ago and have not heard a thing back.I just try to skip the safari page every time we play with this book, otherwise my toddler may get upset that we can’t do the safari animal page. If it wasn’t for the missing pieces and lack of response from the seller, this book would have been a solid buy.

It’s fun and time consuming to set up, but super educational!

Not only is this a great quality busy book - it's hard to pick with all the cheap options out there, some of the other products were clearly not even designed by English speaking people - but this company also has incredible customer service. My kid loves this book and we've taken it everywhere (it's a great travel toy) and inevitably we lost a few pieces. Zoomie Toys sent me a full set of replacement pieces at no charge. They are the kind of business I am glad to support.

My two year old is learning his colors, shapes and body parts and this was perfect. He already knows his ABC’s and numbers so he really enjoyed working on the pages. The season page was kind of blah! I would of preferred the name of seasons actually listed on the page.

one of best things ever bought for grandson. Sturdy pieces, durable. Have used it a lot in the month or so since we got it. Grandson is not yet 2 and he loves doing his busy book. Pieces and pages and holding up very well to the frequent use.

My son loves this busy book. He was so excited as I was assembling it and attaching all of that Velcro pieces. Unfortunately, we are missing the letters “P” and “W” from the alphabet page. The rest of the book is adorable. I am just disappointed it came incomplete, and I cannot find a way to contact the company about replacement pieces. We may have to return and repurchase.

Bought this for my 5 year old and almost 2 year old. They love it and keeps them busy for hours. Set up on the pages was a breeze! Definitely recommend for building skills, my toddler has figured out the matching and keeps her busy for hours

The product was great and very sturdy, so I’d give it 5 stars, but I’m missing the farm animal pieces which leaves a whole page useless. I’ve seen other reviews like this so hoping the seller will send me the correct pieces because it’s a total bummer for my 3 year old.
