Gave this to my daughter for Christmas. She loved the box before even getting to the gift. She thought it was so fancy. She uses the mug every day. She hasn’t used the warmer yet so I can’t say if it keeps the drink warm but the instruction said it keep the drink a certain temperature so I’m not sure if that too cold or too hot. It’s such a cute gift!

This was a gift for my granddaughter for Christmas. The box was so pretty I didn't even wrap. She loved the idea.

It keeps your cup of tea hot at all time. It looks pretty and is easy to use.

Cute cup but the warmer is ok.1. Warmer feel like cheap made. The temped glass feel like plastic and my warmer has minor cosmetic flaw on the glass. It doesn’t bother me if I don’t see it or while using it.2. You can change the temperature setting. One temperature for all. I am ok with that because I drink hot tea and coffee. The temperature suppose to be at 55. I didn’t test it but it’s a little hot for me. So not perfect but I’m ok with it3. The cup is high quality. The mug is thick and cute. I got many compliments on my mug.4. I like it automatically warm your drink when you place the mug on the top of the warmer. However you can’t turn of this feature which would cause safety issue if you accidentally place heavy item ont he top of the warmer.5. The wall charger is too short and it’s not usb charger. My outlet is under the desk in my office. With a short wall plug and no usb charger, I am worried I would knock it down accidentally because I have to place the warmer and cup next to the desk edge. Very unsafe but I got no choice since my job requires working at different desk/station very day. The charger just need to be a little bit longer, or offer usb charger.To me it’s very hard to give a recommendation because I like it and hate it at same time. However I will keep it until it’s broke because it’s a good price and other things I mentioned is tolerable to me. It’s up to you if you care bout what I mentioned

I love having this cup and warmer on my desk at work. I can drink coffee, tea or hot chocolate all day during these cold months and my beverage always stays hot.

Exactly as advertised. Now I don’t have to keep reheating my coffee a dozen times 😊

Do not buy this ! Dangerous item almost caught on fire. Wired so cheaply & nothing like photo. This is one of the worst items on Amazon. Smells like chemicals too. Amazon needs to discontinue this liability item. Seriously was burning when we turned it on & stunk up our home with burnt chemical smells. Horrible 👎🏼
