Wow, I've been looking for a good GF saltine and I've found them! These are better than my usual saltines. They taste better, sort of a biscuit flavor wirh a slight buttery undertone. I love the crunch, too, and they're not overly salty. It's a good cracker!Yes they're fragile and yes they were mostly broken but that didn't stop me from shoving them into my mouth. They're broken because the packaging is only made of a corrugated paper with no bottom support, so the package is very easily crushed. Can't blame this on shipping... this is a manufacturing problem but anything sturdier is likely to increase the cost.But they sure are yummy and I will buy them again.

I have celiac disease and have really struggled with having to eat gluten-free! It’s probably my palate is just particularly fussy but I’ve personally found the majority of gluten free baked goods to be lacking in flavor and texture. These crackers, however, while not the greatest, have a decent flavor and the texture is better than most. They do fall apart pretty easily but at least now I have something to eat with my soups, etc. A little pricey but probably no more than other GF items. Will be buying again

These are good gluten free soda crackers. I am usually able to buy them locally, but they haven't been available lately. They have always broken and crumbled too easily. This order came in bad shape, as if they had already been crushed for soup or meat loaf. I am glad that is how I primarily use them.

Schär Table Crackers are amazing. I have Celiac and was thrilled to find saltines I can eat. The flavor is great, but they are very delicate.I order 2 packages a month on Subscribe & Save.Sadly, Amazon can't get them to me anywhere close to whole. There are 6 packets of crackers in each package. The packages have corrugated paper wrapping inside to cushion the crackers.I'm pretty sure the other items in my order crush the delicate crackers. I still eat the crumbled crackers. They're great in meatloaf/meatballs, fried chicken, crumb topping, poured from the packet right into soup or chili ...The crackers that aren't crumbled are seriously damaged. If you want cheese and crackers, do not mail order from Amazon.

I love crackers and thank goodness Schar's has made these. I love them with peanut butter and jelly. Taste of my childhood. However, they are a little fragile. You have to carefully spread on the peanut butter without breaking the cracker. The taste is great! A little on the spendy side but most GF items are. I will continue to buy these. YUM

These are my favorite GF Saltines! They taste better than the original, which is rare for GF products. My local grocer use to sell them, now I can't find them anywhere except online and sometimes if I'm lucky when I travel. I always stock up when I find them!

I haven't been able to eat 'saltine' crackers for years and found these. They are delicious and crunchy though a bit fragile. 😋 I will definitely be buying them again and have already recommended them to others.
