Peace of Muscle Foam Roller Green

This half size roller is perfect for carrying in my gear bag. I am able to use it both before and after training (martial arts) and take it when I travel. Driving long distance is especially an issue with an hamstring recovery, so being able to grab this roller easily and roll out for a few minutes is ideal. It is firm, but smooth, not painful like some knobby rollers, and works deeper than a typical foam roller.

Roller seems to be ok but the listing is very deceptive in that not all the 13" rollers include the inner roller or travel bag, this was very unclear and should be fixed. Apparently only the more expensive black option for the 13" roller does. As is the case so many times on Amazon any more the listing titles are not always representative of what you will receive.

When I first tried it, I was surprised how heavy and hard it was. It hurt to roll on it. I tried it 2 times and quit using it. Then a week later, I tried again and was able to use it and enjoy it. Don't give up.
