Initially, the first day we had an issue with water taste, however after contacting Kimberly a Customer Service Rep at Waterdrop she quickly identified the issue and remedied it straight away by sending out a replacement PP filter which arrived the following day and took literally 5 seconds to swap over, (water is now very similar to expensive bottled water!) Kimberly is an excellent customer service rep, she is a credit to Waterdrop and I will definitely buy more of their products in the future, great product, great customer service!
