This was pretty large
This model is ok. It is really large. The bottom straps went all the way behind my neck. The top head strap was too large and hung pretty low. I will use it as a back up incase I need one. Ill keep using my original one for now. This would be good for large heads. Like larger than average.

Good Fit
I bought this replacement head strap for the Airsense 10 which I've had for about 15 years. The head strap fits perfectly and the Velcro lasts quite a while.

Very tight on my big head, nose breathing difficult.
Purchased as replacement for my older mirage fx cpap machine / nasal mask. I have a big head and this strap barely fits. Sleeping is difficult and somehow the tightness makes it more difficult to breathe. But I will say the strap is decently soft and strong.
