A little bit tricky to install but overall a great product

I had to use 1/2 inch thick vinyl molding to space the channel out so the channel didn’t extend past the outside surface of the door. But the product was a great price.

Didn’t use the brush. It keeps the door from seating properly. Easy to use just not happy with the brush

Arrived in a long box, individually bubble wrapped and taped. All pieces were included. High quality extruded aluminum door bracket with 3 T grooves, 2 are for the rubber seal and the 3rd for a row of plastic bristles arranged in a narrow line. The pieces are all manageable and mount to the bottom of the garage door via sheet metal screws. The overall system is pretty light weight and constructed with long lasting materials. The bottom seal is about 4" wide and grooved on one side (that should face downwards) , bend the seal into a U shape and slide it continuously through all the sections of garage door sweeps. Makes for a very nice seal, extra handy if your garage is conditioned and insulated. I gave it 4 stars as to me the cost is a bit on the high side, however you do get a quality product that should last many years.

Makes a very nice seal and the addition of the brush seal is a bonus. Installation is not hard, but takes some time. You will need a drill and an electric screw driver to make things easier. The included screws are self tapping, but I recommend you predrill all holes. The aluminum channel comes in several pieces making the install a little easier. You will likely have to cut one piece to customize the fit. The most challenging part of the installation is threading the seal thru the channels. Use some WD40 or other lube to make that task easier. Once in the the aluminum channel and seal are both solid.

This was a easy afternoon project tat really adds a nice seal to your garage door. tis was quite a bit heavier then the one that came on my door and will require an adjustment to your door opener. It can be done by one person as it is in four foot sections except the seal; I also found spray silicone made fitting the rubber seal a lot easier
