Good product but you really gotta mess about wrestling the thing to get it where you want it

The clasp / holder isn't as large as I expected, won't hold my kindle, or Samsung Galaxy note but holds my phone fine. The plastic doesn't feel overly sturdy but seems to be holding up fine at the moment.

There must be a lot of difference between products because I see a lot of reviews saying it was too weak, but I found it to be almost the opposite! I’m pretty strong but I struggled to bend the arm. The result, however, is that it’s definitely going to stay put! I also noticed one review said it didn’t open wide enough to fit their kitchen counter but my one could have opened extremely wide… the only thing that limited the width was the bend in the arm, but unbending the arm would have made it much much wider, probably over a foot (although the wider the surface to clamp to the shorter available arm length for bending)

Once it's in place its pretty sturdy, will wobble if you knock it however it was very difficult to move initially, because it's very stiff. The part that attaches to the desk and the phone are not the best quality, plastic is easily cracked if you tighten it even slightly too much. If you are careful it should be OK. If it's something you will use a lot, it might be worth looking for a better quality mount

Even though this broke after 2 month and past it’s returns policy. The seller was amazing and prompt in answering all my questions . I got a full refund.

The product description says "can maintain the fixed position of heavier phone", which is absolutely not true.; unfortunately this arm is not able to hold an iPhone XS in place at all, not even once (I assume it can if the arm is configured in a very specific way, but I tried a lot of different angles/approaches to get it to stay put and no success). The iPhone XS weighs 177g so if your phone is as heavy as/heavier than 177g I would steer clear of this product.The description also says "bid farewell to the sinking or shaking after long-term use" - technically this is true because the sinking and shaking happens from the very first use, so it isn't after long-term use, but this is a completely unusable product for me.

The media could not be loaded. I like the flexibility and sturdiness

Good enough for doing what it's supposed to, but I find it too stiff to manoeuvre so can't quite get it at the angle I hoped for. My son now has it but he's stronger than I am.
