I keep hearing about oil cleanser ... but I am so reluctant to try new products as my skin is problematic. However, my daughter and I have the same skin types and complexions and we both struggle in these cold winter temps with dry, flaky skin in certain areas. My flaky areas are my chin and between my eyebrows. My daughter's dry/flaky area is her nose. The ONLY thing that ever seems to (somewhat) help is rubbing a drop of caster oil on the areas. Yuk!I heard about oil cleanser and decided to give it a try.HOLY MOLY!!! The way my makeup just effortlessly melted off! That night was my first WOW moment. The second and BEST WOW moment came the next day. I put the oil cleanser on my dry face in the morning, rinsed/wiped off with a wet face towel, used my usual serums and daily moisturizer (I did NOT apply the caster oil as I wanted to see how this would work with my usual skincare routine). Around noon, I looked in the mirror and didn't see any dry spots. I checked again a few hours later ... nada. Usually by the afternoon, that's when I notice the flakes starting to appear. Not a single one. Not even a single spot that appeared that it MIGHT start flaking.My daughter's skin? ALSO FLAWLESS and flake-free!!!!It literally worked after the first use!!! I can't believe I didnt know about this holy grail sooner!!! All these winters that just dry out my skin so bad ... I wish I would have found this years ago!!!!I am a little hesitant to use in the summer months, but we'll see. Usually what works for my skin in the winter months, causes me to breakout in the summer months and vice versa.But I will definitely continue to use this as a makeup remover for sure regardless of the time of year.

Cleanses the face with the smooth refreshing oil that cleanses your skin and washes right off! It has improved my ageing process in that it has evened out my age spots and has also helped with those pesky crows feet! I have been using this for 5 years now....just a mini drop of this will clean your entire face-leaving your skin feeling buttery soft! Your bottle will last a LONG time!!!

I’ve been using this product for years. My face is unlined and youthful looking.It dissolves your makeup. You can either follow up with an additional mild cleanser or just use this item.It’s pricey but worth the money.

First, I want to apologize for my previous review which was for a mascara I ordered that was bad but accidentally posted to DHC reviews :o I think the DHC oil does a great job of deep cleaning while leaving the skin nice and smooth. Do not recommend using it to take off eye makeup or near the eyes. Other than that, it's a good product that I will order again.
