I just started using it as a couch potato, not for bodybuilding. It dissolves easily, and there is no taste I deduct in lemon water or a caffeine drink. As someone else mentioned, I immediately noticed no scoop and probably took more than one serving using a larger scoop I had. After a few days of digging down further, I seemed to hit a rock. It was the keep dry thingy quite big, and I had to work hard to dig it out. Digging deeper... I finally found the tiny scoop. So if the scoop is missing, as some reviews indicate, keep digging down, and you will likely find it hidden - feel for hard things.
