Really good thing for exercise. It's easy to use, good quality, stronger than I expected and it's stretching nicely. I needed some exercises since the pandemic and this equipment helps me a lot to achieve it. It's worth the price. Would really recommend it if you need exercises at home.

I'm sure it will work fine alas I went to try it and it broke before I started the side came off. Um going to super glue it and hope it's ok.The provider sent me a full refund which is great and I have super glued it together and is fineb

Arrived with in time schedule. Good quality. Help me to burn a lot of calories. Light weight and convenient to store. I use it almost daily. Very helpful for doing exercise at home. Can be use before or after running.

Although very basic it will help making basic exercise easier. My only complaint is it arrived packaged just on its own. Surly a A5 piece of paper with a few diagrams of suggested exercises could have been added at no more cost than a couple of pence to the manufacturer

I had to look for instructions on how this item should be used on the Amazon Website within the product pictures. Even so, I had to adapt them for me but can feel the benefit from having used it
