The product was such a HUGE disappointment! I thought I had finally found a way for my handicapped brother who lives alone, weighs 380 lbs, 6’4” on crutches to get a little independence. He was so excited as was I. Long legs wouldn’t fit wouldn’t roll on shag carpet(all terrain?)Ridiculusy vague incomplete instructions. Show me a video with a Heavy man setting up the chair…getting in and moving on all terrain and shag carpet. I’m asking for shipping cost to be fully refunded please. Your product is NOT AS ADVERTISED!

Buying something like this, sight unseen is, a little intimidating. It is, both a pretty substantial expense, and a very personal item that needs to work for you.First of all, the chair is very comfortable, even after hours of being in it. It is powerful, having both plenty of speed and reserve power for long trips. It is very light, and folds compactly for easy loading into a vehicle. It seems to be very strongly built, and speaking as a retired, long time (30 years) welder, I must say the welding on the structure is first rate. I also have to add that I have had many comments and compliments on the chair while using it.Second, the seller has gone above and beyond to make sure both the chair itself and their service are above my expectations. The chair arrived when promised, well packaged and in perfect shape. When I contacted the seller about a minor problem, their response was lightning fact, and their solution worked perfectly.It is rare to have an experience that is this positive all around.

We tried taking the chair out for its maiden voyage but sadly found the wheels were not aligned so we were unable to drive it or push it manually in a straight line.I tried contacting the seller to discuss the cost of shipping but I never received a reply. Return shipping was ~ $500!
