This is the third item from this line that I own. I am small chested and this dress is fitted on top and flows beautifully.

Style and fit not as expected
I've eyed this dress for a long time and finally purchased on sale. Sadly, the fit in my normal size medium isn't as expected and was uncomfortable in the smocking. Dress is quite heavy but was still a bit transparent in the skirt in the black color. My normal sizes in this type of dress is small/medium and I'm 5'6.5". Not flattering at all on me so I had to return it. I might recommend if you're very tall, slim and rather flat chested. The dress arrived in a plastic bag and was very wrinkled and the tiers can't easily be ironed.
