## Questions & Answers

**Q: how many times can it be reused?**
A: Presuming that you don't exceed the temperature limit (somewhere around 425F or 450F, I think), it can be used many, many times (similar to the number of uses you get for a Teflon coated frying pan, if you don't let it overheat).  It may discolor to some degree, but the non-stick properties should remain the same.  (I have had it discolor from heating frozen "fried chicken wings" in a toaster oven.)

**Q: Is it microwave safe (used to prevent spatters, like paper towel)?**
A: Wouldn’t be without them. Save my cleaning time

**Q: Both sides have same texture? Or one of the side is glossier than others?**
A: Both sides are glossy.

**Q: Can you use these in a Freeze dryer?**
A: I have no idea.  I bought these for easy craft clean ups.  And I have not even used them yet.

These are fantastic! Easy to cut to size. I use them to bake macarons and use one to line the bottom of my oven for easy clean up of spills.

I like that these sheets are rolled, not folded. They are also a nice, medium thickness, better for my use as a liner for the bottom of my toaster oven pan and larger jelly roll pans for use in my regular oven. They are great for heating frozen chicken wings, since any caramelized portion remains with the wing, instead of sticking to the pan. I also like using them with breaded pork chops that I bake in the oven: the breading stays with the chop instead of sticking to the pan. They also work well with baking cookies and "muffin tops." Please keep in mind the temperature rating of the sheets. I try to keep them below 450F (230C). They will stain with use, but that doesn't diminish their non-stick properties.
