Useful portion for Parmentier, Cassoulet, Daube & Ragout
Makes (2) portions of Daube or Ragout, but about right for Parmentier & Cassoulet for a hearty appetite. Be aware the first thing to break will be the handles. But the knob on the lid is pronounced enough to grab with a potholder. If you have careful helpers in your kitchen these will last a number of years. However, with 15-16 year old dishwashers…2 years at the most.

Great size for soups. Came undamaged ( that was my concern after seeing some of the other comments ) These will be goosmfor.my family of 4. I can make personal sized baked pastas and it makes good for roasting veggies as well for sauces. How ever if you don't want something smaller don't get these. these are basically personal sized pots. But I really like these
