No. They will ship the wrong size and never respond. If it's two feet short, like mine was, dirt will definitely get in.

Q: does it hold up in strong wind? does it rip easily?

Yes, this holds up in strong winds. It does not tear easily. Mine has been up year round around a pool for about 4 and looks perfect.

Q: Can I use this on wood fence?

Yes. There are eyelets for tying up or a washer and screws if you are wanting to attach it to wood.

Q: I need 3 pieces custom size to 4' x 16' for my project application. Can that order be filled by the seller? Please advise.
