Good features, but jars fit too tight
The slow mode is really good, and the lock feature is useful as well. It's also less noisy compared to other mixies. However there are a couple of major problems with the device:1. The jars fit very tight and are therefore very difficult to remove once fixed. So difficult, in fact, that the handle on one of my jars is already broken, and I've had to stick it with tape to keep it on.2. The pulse mode button is very sensitive, and easy to press when you're trying to remove the jar or even just its contents. This can be very dangerous, so make sure you switch off the mixie power supply as soon as you're done with it.Suggestions for the next iteration:1. Make the jars easier to remove2. Jar lids should be lockable, and, for added safety, device should not switch on if lids are not locked.3. Make the pulse button less sensitive - we should have to press it reasonably hard to make it work.

Very good service
Jars were very tight to remove. But they rectified by replacing it Found a bit underpowered for Indian cooking. auto cut off for small quantity even. Need to improve power. We were using preethi before. Apart from noisy it was much more powerful than this. But on complaint they immediately replaced the jars and the jar tightness issue resolved. Still in my opinion it is not powerful enough for Indian kitchen. The power saving factor is an advantage and even it can be operated on inverter power. Overall the mixer is good but still there's room for improvement.

Good performance as claimed. Not durable
Works the best. Low noise. Low speed function is the best. But the locking mechanism is too tight. One jar handle got broken while trying to remove the jar. Need 2 person to remove a jar.. improve that
