I have tried many different company and brands and this is by far the worst. The normal whey is pretty ok but the light version tastes awful and is very lumpy. Do not recommend !!

I ordered this after my previous brand was discontinued as it seemed good value with an offer for the size of the bag however I am a little disappointed with the taste as its a little flavourless.I have previously used a number of brands and generally go for the cookie dough or vanilla options but found this a little dull, I know it is a lighter option but I was expecting a bit more from it.No issues with how it mixes in either water or milk with a ball shaker and I have no problems with feeling unwell like with some I have tried in the past.I have tried mixing with some milk and half a frozen banana in a blender and it was a little nicer.As a pre/post workout shake its fine and does what I need but I probably will look for something when this batch runs out.The berry ripple option may be nicer but at this price I am not willing to give it a go.

Weather it works or not I can't be sure. I usually take the AMFIT vanilla protein but saw this and thought I'd try it. I can't work out how it's "light protein" given as it has more carbs and more calories than the regular protein powder - and slightly less protein. (per serving) however it does has a few other extra adds that look really good for you. However, the TASTE is awful. I can't drink it, so back to the AMFIT Vanilla which is delicious.

this tastes terrible, the only reason i bought it was because it was £10. there are still loads of little bits in it however much you mix or shake it. there are also little things in it, almost like grains of sand that feel horrible

Firstly, the flavour of this Light Whey Protein (Berry Ripple) is superior to many similar products I have previously used.It's not the cheapest supplement of this kind, however once you take into consideration the array of nutritionally beneficial ingredients contained within this supplement and that it is low in sugar and fat, contains fibre, easy to consume, the price is actually not excessive.I'd personally rather pay a little more for a supplement that I can actually consume on a daily basis loaded with great ingredients which doesn't cause the bloating associated with some products, rather than be cringing at the thought of drinking it because it tastes horrible or doesn't suit my digestive system.I sometimes mix this with water and other times full fat milk as I am quite lean and after a really heavy workout I try to load as many calories as possible combined with the additional nutrients this product contains so I can maximise the potential of my exercises.I use a reasonable size glass jug which tapers in at the top to prevent spillage and an electric whisk to blend the powder and sometimes add a spoonful of Spirulina into the mix. I can then mix enough to be able to keep a smaller portion chilled in the fridge for later.This Light Whey Protein has a good balance of protein and carbs, especially if a person's metabolism is such that a higher carb ratio would be less desirable.The bag in which it is supplied is durable and has a resealable top with a scoop included within the contents. Overall an easy to mix supplement which is easy to consume and loaded with nutrients to help promote a healthy exercise regime.

Die Qualität und Löslichkeit finde ich gut. Allerdings ist der Geschmack absolut nicht verständlich, es geht in die Richtung geschmacksneutral.

Kurz: totaler Schrott. Das “Lite” Label, das scheinbar seit dem Ukraine-Krieg aufgetaucht ist, ist das neue „wie verringern den Packungsinhalt und verkaufen zum gleichen Preis. Die Fotos und Produktinformationen zeigen indessen nicht, dass es sich nir um ca. 60 statt der üblichen 80g Protein pro 100g handelt.„Lite“ meint daher hier den Protein- und nicht den Kaloriengehalt, was nebenher zu einem schlechten Kalorien-/Preoteingehaöt führt.Nicht kaufen!

Vergleichsweise wenig Protein Anteil, ein eigenartig künstlicher Geschmack und Konsistenz grausig.Schade

Davvero ottime queste whey,ma questo aumento di prezzo mi sembra un pochino esagerato !
