Hands down the best bread flour!
This product is expensive, but I finally broke down and tried it and now I wonder if I can go back. This gave me the best crumb I've ever had - soft texture but held together well. Recommend!

Top Notch Bread Flour
I was using King Arthur until they had fulfillment problems during the Covid. Cairnspring Mills was among 4 or 5 others I tried, and the best, in my opinion. I've bought 10+ bags now and it continues to be high quality, as advertised. Other than that, there's not much to say - it's bread flour.

Product came busted in half and unsure how to get a replacement due to not being able to return .

Nice flavor and versatility
Really like the flavor and aroma of this flour. Pretty easy to substitute for white flour without much adjustment to recipes. I did buy a larger quantity directly after using the small bag as it's too expensive to buy in small quantities.Next time will probably try the Organic expresso flour instead.
