Over 8 months with the can on and it still came out flawlessly
I'm updating this review. It's now almost 2 years i've had this gun. It still works fabulous. Just make sure you shut the knob off between using it. I had a can on it for over 6 months and it still worked. Very happy. I bought a foam gun from Home Depot the cheapest anvil one. It was constantly getting clogged and would keep the trigger on and dispense all my phone and waste money. I finally decided to order this one online. It has been so much better and I truly can leave a can on it without it drying out inside the gun. The Long reach makes it really nice to get up into rim joists that are hard to reach.

Great foam gun especially for the price. At least mine is
I am an insulator and we foam every house before insulating. I was weary because I normally use hilti guns which are amazing but the cost is ridiculous. I am impressed with this foam gun so far it has good pressure control and the anti sticking agent to prevent bottles from sticking. Overall its a product that works like it should and doesnt cost 500$.I would recommend this product to anyone using a foam gun daily.

Extended reach gun
This foam gun extended my reach and makes it easier to get into crevices and hard to get at spots when spraying. Since obtaining this I have not gone back to the short gun.

Extra Length Spray Foam Gun Very Helpful Insulating Rim Joists of Crawl Space
I really liked the extended length of this foam gun. I owned a regular length (about 10 - 12 inches) and it worked well. In a crawlspace, the areas where the floor joists rest on the foundation are hard to reach to seal with spray foam. Having a long reach foam gun makes it easier, but not totally easy. Now, any spray gun beats the self contained cans of spray foam because they can be controlled and will go farther than a can of foam. Even so, a spray foam gun has its limitations. The biggest problem is that the can of foam that feeds the foam gun, attaches on top pf the gun. If one is targeting a close space, the can tends to get in the way making putting the point where you want it very difficult at times. So, even though the long length of this gun helps, it doesn't eliminate the inherent difficulty of putting the tip on target. As far as foam guns go, I think this is a good buy. I will probably opt to purchase a two-part foam kit to insulate these crawlspace areas. For crawl space work, I would definitely recommend this long barreled gun and a regular-length foam gun over any self-contained cans of foam sold in hardware stores.

I like it!
This gun works very well for hard to reach areas and seems like it's well made. The price is fair compared to what you will pay at the Big box stores.

Works as advertised!
I'm using mine to seal up the sill boxes in my basement and the 2' length makes it easier to reach the places where the foam is needed. One suggestion: When you mate the gun and can of foam, bring the gun to the can rather than the other way around. My first attempt to thread the can onto the gun did not go well. The can was top heavy as I tried to thread it on to the gun and I managed to cross the threads. Foam oozed out of the can and I had a mess on my hands. It was far easier to set the upright can on a table and bring the gun to the can. Using this method, the two components threaded together perfectly.

Works good, be careful if you put drop it.
This gun worked good for about a half hour until I dropped it from 3โ. The handle broke off and started shooting Advantech Foam. It eventually stopped and it was a lost cause. The handle snapped right where the casting attaches near where the can goes. I picked up another brand at Lowes and this one has a much thicker handle. Works great for applying and the length is very convenient. Be careful if it falls or drops.

Too long? Just right...
I have never though that foam gun with a long nozzle will be highlight of the day. We are currently insulating our loft conversion and this 'Thing' has saved us tons of time and stress. Just by standing on the floor you can reach any gap and seal it! Again - never thought in my life that such a thing would be highlight of my DIY.
