The infuser is beautiful and easy to use. We just returned from a trip to India where several of the hotels were permeated with a delightful fragrance of jasmine. I had bought a simple infuser in the airport on the way home, but it was dropped out of the overhead bin and broken. Turns out that was a good thing, because this infuser is a work of art as well as very effective in circulating the lovely jasmine fragrance.

Beautiful and the water last awhile

I like it but it moves through the liquid on the inside quickly. I have other diffusers that go all night and half the day and this one usually only goes half the day but other than that it's beautiful it's easy to fill and the color selection is absolutely stunning

My daughter and I absolutely LOVE this diffuser! She is seven years old and does not go to bed easily. Every night we put lavender and roman chamomile in our diffuser and it helps tremendously, not to mention it has turned out to be the best night light ever. After only having it a few it weeks, the diffuser accidentally got bumped and smashed to pieces. I had a crushed girl in tears, so I e-mailed the company asking if I could buy just the dome part, and in their quick response they told us they would send us one free of charge. I was amazed with their customer service and generosity! Great company, great product!

I really like this item. It's beautiful and easy to use. I've had it for several months with no problems.

This s diffuser was a gift for my son. It does it's job, looks nice and most importantly, he loves it. I'm writing this review more due to the customer service I received from the company, Ingeniuso. We had an accident with the unit, completely our fault, and they took care of the replacement part extremely quickly. We also received seemingly personalized emails inquiring about our satisfaction with the product. The diffuser is great, but this is the best service I have ever received from a company on Amazon.

UPDATE 11/2/17 : I CONTACTED THE SELLER AND explained what happened. She explained I had to sign up online for the warranty. I was not aware and didn't noticed there was a gold card inside the package with the instructions. She was very understanding and decided to send me a new base as a courtesy. I'm so thankful and relieved!!! IM IN LOVE ALL OVER AGAIN W MY DIFFUSER... UPDATE 10/26/2017: STOP WORKING ABOUT A WEEK AGO ...FIRST THE PURPLE SETTING STOP WORKING AND NOW IT DOES NOT TURN ON AT ALL.... 55$ INTO THE GARBAGE!!! UPDATE: THE SMELL WENT AWAY AFTER A FEW USES.. WORKS GREAT! I just received the diffuser today. Assembly was pretty straight forward and easy to follow directions. The water container has a weird( chemical )smell, I hope it goes away soon. Beautiful product so far...
