We bought this geyser and it started leaking in 2 days. After repeated phone calls which went unattended, we got through to their helpline that sent us a person to check the geyser. When checked the tank inside was rusted completely and that was the cause of leakage. It has been 20 days since the geyser is lying in the house without any replacement or service. Hindware says that there are no tanks available and are trying to force us into just welding the rusted part and start using it again. The so called escalation team at Hindware is also another level of scam the customer. they call the technician and ask him to get a new tank asap and then hang up, after that the technician calls us to say that he can’t promise when the tank will come and that we should listen to him or we will not have a geyser. As per him its an old trick of the company to stretch complaints long enough that the customer is then forced to follow what is told. Avoid this at all costs. The only this that matters to Hindware is the money that they make. Reputation, Customer service, Customer relationships are words that Hindware does not know exist. And the beauty is that thins happens in the peak of Winter for us (Novermeber December and Jan).It would be nicer if HINDWARE stated clearly that they do not offer any service at all. Technicians promise to come at 10 am and have actually reached my house at 9 30 pm the following day. Words of HINDWARE service team “aap kyu khech rehe ho?Jo bola hai kar do, aap company ka Kuch nahi kar skate ho.”So in short HINDWARE is a disaster their products are a nightmare and customer service is a scam. So as a customer who made a wrong decision, my advice to others who read this AVOID HINDWARE AT ALL COSTS. TRUST ME COLD WATER IS A BETTER OPTION THAN DEALING WITH SUCH HINDWARE.

I already have Hindware geyser in one bathroom purchased locally. It is serving well for last 1 year. So this time for another bathroom I decided to go for same brand only.The product is working fine. There's no leakage anywhere. I see that some buyers complain that accessories are not provided but I don't think anyone in this price range provides accessories. You have to separately buy the pipes, 15A plug etc from hardware/electrical store.Auto cut off is also working fine. Compact size but effective product. Also a local shop just told me that expensive brands are expensive for their brand name. They are no great than others.I think this product at around 2.3K INR is a value for money.
