250pcs Multicolor (Green, Red, Yellow, Blue, White) 3mm LED Light Emitting Diode Lamp Diffused Assorted Kit

These worked great for my science and art elective class to my light up cards.

I got these for models and just to play around with. There are subtle differences in the color and brightness with different resistance. I used white inside structures, and the yellow make excellent sodium lamps on utility poles or mounted on sheds. Perhaps I'll make a greenhouse and put red and blue grow lights inside.

LEDs from my experience see to have an indefinite life span. I have one that I replaced on my furnace air cleaner that has run continuously for about 5 years. However I have seen them quit for no apparent reason with far less usage . So Im giving this high rating based on unit cost and quality of brightness thus far . I would guess that LED technology is at the end of its development and would hope that these will provide long and reliable service.

Got these for a school project and they worked just fine

These Leds work great! I have used them in 5 different projects. The only time I had them quit is when I built a circuit wrong and shoved way too much current through them (I accidently pushed 12v with no resistors, oops). In other words, the only failures was my fault. They are very reliable when used correctly. They are also super bright.
