Doesnt perform properly

My grandson likes this keyboard, I gave it a 5 star and would buy again. There is only one down fall, my grandson dropped it and it stopped working. I was two days past my exchange or return day and couldn't exchange it. I still gave it a five cause it did work good and colors was nice too. I realize it was my grandson fault for dropping it, but I wish I could have exchanged it 😕

Keyboard is a little stiff and mouse a little too. But other than that awesome products. Lights are awesome, mouse ergonomic, everything is super durable. I'm pretty happy with both

I love this keyboard. I love the way it types and the sound is amazing…love the light up. Gotten sooooooooooo many great compliments! I work in the hospital and it’s perfect when you are typing and charting!!

I don't always have my keyboard directly in front of me. Typing off to the side, sometimes letters aren't printed because the keys aren't pressed hard enough. Happens more often than not. Even typing this review with the keyboard in front of me, i'm having problems with the keys. I didn't notice before, but the volume up, down and mute are used with the FN key. You almost have to use two hands because they're on opposite sides. I didn't notice that until I started to use it. My old style keyboard were separate on top. I've only found one keyboard online with separate volume up and down buttons. I will be purchasing it unless BestBuy gets some in stock. The only think about the keys on the keyboard I hate, they put the backslash key where the ENTER key should be. The ENTER key takes up two rows instead of one. Whoever thought of this needs to be fired. I've been typing for 40 years now and the ENTER key has always been to the right of the quotation key. The backslash key has always been above the ENTER key and below the backspace key. Lets keep it that way.
