Good Old School Bodybuilding Supplement
One of the last few quality Vanadyl supplements still available. Vanadyl sulfate helps move glucose, proteins and amino acids into muscles at a higher rate and helps to bulk without fat gain. Take before meals. The only criticism is that it could have more chromium in it. If taking for body composition purposes, an additional chromium supplement could be helpful.

Improved energy
Use this a daily supplement for headland energy. Since taking this medication my labs and blood work have been fantastic and I notice an energy boost for sure. I am on blood thinner and I feel like this medication helps improve blood flow. Larger capsules but not an issue for me.

Dislike its strength effectiveness comparison to other brands with the same dosage in regards to your Vanadyl product. I enjoy the niacin tingling sensation
