The media could not be loaded. this faucet is great, it does take a fair bit of know how to install just be prepared I had to open the wall and make multiple trips to the hardware store. but if you have the know how this is simple enough and it comes with everything you would expect. my favorite part is how the shower switch feels it clicks like a light switch rather than feeling the worst handle to turn like most faucets.

Easy install, shower head feels great. Remember to purchase tub drain and overflow bracket if you don’t have matte black already.

Overall very happy with product. However, during the install there were some hiccups. The valve assembly gets fastened to stud by only two screws and the valve faces aren’t perfectly smooth (leads to loss of level when tightening). The valve handles don’t go on far enough to allow the spacers to really thread on to provided threads. Lastly all connection points on the valve assembly are female not male so you’ll just need a different set of fittings than a typical job.

Easily installed, looks great.

I was initially drawn to the Matte Black 3 Handle Shower Faucet Set because of its sleek design and the promise of a luxurious rainfall shower experience. The pictures make it look like a high-quality product, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.The product arrived on time, but it took me over a month to schedule a plumber to install it. This was frustrating enough, but the real disappointment came when the plumber finally arrived.Upon attempting to install the set, my plumber discovered that it simply didn't work. The rough-in valve was faulty, and the entire system was incompatible with my bathroom setup. This meant that I had to go through the hassle of ordering a different shower faucet set and rescheduling the plumber, wasting both time and money.I strongly advise against purchasing this product. The inconvenience and additional costs I incurred were completely avoidable. Don't let the attractive pictures fool you; this product is not worth the trouble.

This whole set is great looking! The shower head is very nice and works great. It's huge, as you can see in the pic comparing it to me hand. Everything else looks fantastic but sadly I wasn't able to install anything but the shower head and the bathtub spout because I can't get access to the pipes in the back to change out the knobs. Which is really sad because the knobs are so nice. They looks very sleek! I also thought it was really nice that this set came with everything you need! It comes with the handles, and the metal attachment for the pipes, hex keys, plumbing tape, screws, anchors and everything else you need to set it all up which I thought was awesome
