Michael Morpurgo: War Child to War Horse Paperback – Abridged, 12 September 2013

Interesting read learning about Michael's upbringing and life.

Great autobiography of Michael Morpurgo. Reading about his life, certainly helped me understand this writer even more. I loved his War Horse book, which I know it was written for younger people, but I enjoyed reading the story just the same.

Bought this for my Nan who absolutely loves Michael and she said she adored the book and finding where some of his inspiration came from and the journey to them becoming the tales they are today!

Thoroughly enjoyed this biography. A wonderful history lesson and inspiring. I have since read some of his writings and enjoyed them. This book is a book that will interest boys especially.

Michael Morpurgo comes across as such a good man,reading this biography makes you wish all school teachers could be Michael Morpurgo. I cannot praise this book enough.
