The listing suggests US heritage but it’s made in China and is poorly packaged in a cheap box, one of the brushes was broken. Not used it, I’m giving it (apologetically) as a gift.

I've had other cast iron waffle makers that were non stick at first but eventually failed. This one never worked even the first time. Everything stuck to it and I had to throw it away after the first use. It's also surprisingly small.

This is a lot smaller than I thought it was, and the clamp is difficult to connect, making it hard to make multiple waffles at once. It's vast iron, so it's easy to clean, and gets nice and hot so the waffles come out nice and crispy. You'll need to use two oven mitts to hold it and remove the cooked waffles, but once you get the hang of it, they cook pretty quickly. The handles are a bit small, but the during is nice and strong.
