Bone up is a great calcium product. I think it has strengthen my bones considerably and has given me good bone density results.

I use this supplement all the time. It was recommended by my Naturopath.

I have taken this formula for calcium for years. Now I take it and strontium in the middle of a four hour fast at night. I have really benefited from the addition of strontium.

I was recommended to use these to help osteoporosis symptoms. I have no idea if they are working but they are so much easier to ingest as a capsule, rather than a huge solid pill that you can’t swallow easily. Expensive, but, if they help (won’t know until next test) then they would be worth it.

I have been taking Jarrow Formulas Bone-Up for years which I have always purchased from Vitacost at reasonable prices. This is my first time purchasing the Three Per Day Capsules. I have alway taken the Six Capsules per day. The ingredients are basically the same with little variation in the amounts per serving. However, the Three Per Day Capsules do not have Potassium in them as the other does. Since I consume enough Potassium through my diet, it is not of concern to me. But I will run the Potassium issue by my Doctor the next time I see him. I am away from home for extended periods of time and because of this, I know I will find traveling with less supplements much easier!

Calcium for bone health.

I have taken these pills for a few years. They were recommended by my doctor who had other patients they seemed to help. They are large and not like small pills to swallow but they still go down. There is not taste and they work! A win, win for me!

I have taken this product for many years and it has improved my bones. Every time I have a bonedensity test the nurse always tells me "whatever you're doing keep it up because you havehard bones."
