I was excited when it arrived then disappointed after use.So the jar lasted for 8 full face applications. The product DID helped with the redness and some acne clearance (basically it brought to surface the nasty acne pus) but that only lasted for 3days. Afterwards, no changes seen. I do like the minty tingling feeling, reminds me of Noxema deep cleanser. It smells good like eucalyptus and mint. And it definitely left my skin feeling moisturized, soft and clean after use.I bought a second jar so I will use it after menstrual cycle, when acne is worse to see if there is any improvements.I would say, yes it works but don't expect to be acne-FREE in a wk. Buy it for facials 1 wk a big event.

I am a young woman that struggles with hyperpigmentation, skin irritation, & monthly hormonal breakouts. In the past, scarring was a HUGE issue for me that I only managed to get under control by switching to 100% natural products.Initially, I was a bit scared to use this mask, as my skin has a tendency to react badly to new things; However, I couldn’t be happier with this!The mask comes in a small container(fits in the palm of my hand) that is externally sealed, but does not have a seal under the lid (which may unnerve some), but as someone who uses a lot of homemade products, I was not deterred.IT IS A NATURAL PRODUCT! Not something that is artificially fragranced to smell like vanilla & flowers.It has a naturally sweet scent that I can’t exactly pinpoint, but is similar to the smell of a fruit extract mask.It has helped clear my breakouts overnight(just dab a bit on the spot & keep it moving) & softens the skin like nothing else I’ve used before.Once it is applied & dries, it really sets into your face & you can see exactly where it’s working.It’s really similar to an exfoliate, without the harshness of one.I will cleanse my face, use this mask, then follow with a toner & serum & have had no issues at all since receiving it. Definitely a new staple in my skin routine!

I will say this mask is amazing. I have been struggling with acne for a LONG time. Usually I get acne from having dry skin and stress. In the description it says it helps the acne go away and I have seen a slight decrease and I have used it every day after I shower. It leaves me skin firm, soft and hydrated. I did not notice a smell but I will say it is worth the try if you struggle with acne. I normally don’t have good outcomes with any acne products but this masks is amazing! I plan on buying again once I run out!!! ❤️

Usually I do not write reviews unless the product/ item is a amazing. So hear I am !! I was looking for a product that helped with my hormonal acne ; and I kept seeing "use products that have Benzoyl Peroxide and Salicylic Acid" which are two things I did not feel comfortable putting on my face. I came across this product ,used it daily weeks before my cycle and did not have one break out .. I was shocked I was just waiting for the cyst bumps to come I keep looking at my face like why haven't you came I am ready ?! and nope nothing. I was upset about the price for this small thing but its definitely worth the money ! I love the tingling sensation my face gets when its put on my face it makes me feel like its actually going in there and cleaning my pores. Great product !! BUY if you are someone who suffers from hormonal acne.

UPDATE: I finished 2 jars of old formula and just started the new formula and I am not happy! My face broke out like crazy and it’s stil purging after several days. Please please bring back the old formula!This review is overdue. I have only used the old version and haven’t used the new one yet. But it cleared my hormonal acne after I followed the instructions to do it everyday until acne has all gone. After that I just do maintenance mask once a week. This of course won’t treat the underlying cause of my acne, which is hormonal imbalance, but sure has helped a ton. The smell is not great but I think it is due fermented radish.I found a way to remove most of the mask effortlessly without using too much water and won’t clog your drainage. After applying the mask put on a tissue paper or bamboo paper mask (see pic), once it all dried just peel it off. The rest will easily go off with a little dry hand rubbing or semi-wet towel rubbing. Please make sure to use non-plastic paper to be a little more environmentally friendly. Thanks!

Some of the reviews state the product has a terrible smell. They must have revamped the smell because I think it has a pleasant spearmint smell. The texture is really smooth and goes on thin but dries like a typical clay mask. I did not see better results than a typical OTC cream, for instance, I didn't wake up without a zit anymore however, it did not dry out my skin so I was pleased with that. I think the price point is a little high given the results. I've used it for a week straight and my zit is still there. I will probably not purchase this again because it did not work as well as they made it appear on the title of the amazon listing.
