Worst seller, donot buy anything from LAPTOP STORE, BHIWANDI, MAHARASTRA
Received a defective ACER Swift 5 Laptop which was found to be defective. Not charging, not booting. Contacted seller on same day of receipt, they have instructed to contact ACER for any support. ACER informed that the serial number is invalid & the product doesn't have warranty. Now we are not able to contact the seller & not able to return the item even after it is covered under Amazon A - Z guarantee.

Too much heat

I have been using this laptop for 2 years. There is a lot of heating problem due to which dots have appeared on the back panel of the laptop which looks very dirty,plus points of laptop- screen, performance, weight top notchThe rest of the speakers are of no use, laptop do not charge from type-c, do not know why they gave c type port , the charger also gets heated, the charger is heavy and is bulky. in this price range HP and other company gives slim chargers.Finger print scanner sometimes works, sometimes it doesn't work, that too is useless,battery backup is uselessoverall 3 star 🌟.

Not worth the money
I purchased this laptop via offline store of acer company just four months back and after just two months its body parts started breaking off, and now the backlit of the keyboard ain't working. I don't know what more is left to see. It worked fine only for just one month to be precise. Yes, it is lightweight, but its body and other features are worst. So please don't go for this one. You will get other brands that are relatively more sturdier than this. One of my friend suggested me for acer and then I went for this brand but I'm so disappointed with the purchase. And oddly this doesn't even give the original MS Office.

Not Worth for the price which I got it 69K
1st point, this is not green color. 2nd Point, you cannot charge this laptop with type C charger with more than 10Wat speed. 3rd point, the laptop battery backup will not give more then 8hrs that too with saving mode. 4th point, the ports are very limited and also not in good order. 5th point, the backlight is very week and not efficient. 6th point, Lot of junk apps preinstalled which will be auto installed after every Update. 7th point, Sound is very minimal. Bubbles are coming on the screen
The media could not be loaded. All though it is touch screen.we can't use it for long time as, bubbles are coming on the screen some times we can't handle the curse
