Love having it. Listen to the other reviews regarding the install. Other than that, bought a lock for the tailgate to go with this. It was a good purchase.

Instructions were acceptable but left some gaps in how to install. There were no instructions on how to screw down the buckle receivers. I described my problem in minute detail and received a bag of parts that had nothing to do with my inquiry. Then a 2" x 2" adhesive foam patch fell off the panel that closes over the tailgate. Pretty hard to mess this one up, especially if you have an exploded parts diagram. Nope. I received even plastic parts that don't even go with this cover and no patches. Can't even figure out what they are there for as they don't come in contact with anything.Overall, installation was pretty good, I figured out my problems and I managed to buy it before the price went up $200. It looks great now, is water tight and does the job.

The part was sent out next day. The issue was not Canada Directs fault but they went above beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

I had a BAK Flip cover on my 2008 Honda Ridgeline and loved it. Then I got a 2012 Ridgeline, it came with the Honda cover that I hated. I finally ordered a BAK Flip G2 cover through Amazon. The first cover got lost somewhere between Amazon and UPS, but Amazon ordered another. 2nd one arrived but the cover didn’t fit (about 1/2” too wide) and the support rails had very sloppy holes drilled in the wrong spots. We called BAK Flip directly and they sent a third package. The top fit, but the rails were still a sloppy mess. So they sent a 4th set of rails. They were still off, but I made them work by cutting off 1/2” of the tailgate end and adding foam on the cab end of the rails. BAK Flip seems to have lost control of tolerances in the factory. I did finally get it to work, but out of 3 sets of rails, none was correct. The rails did not even match each other.

Rails bolt holes did not match with my truck bed side panels holes. Latches did not lock well and had to relocate some of them.
