One of the best hand paddles I've ever used. There well made, adjustable and are really good for power and technique training. I've used mine for years and they are just as good as the day I got them. Their not the most comfortable at first but you will get used to them. There not meant to be comfortable, there for a job which there perform brilliantly. They stay firmly on your hands and are much better than other types of unstrapped hand paddles. The only downside for people buying this would be the DIY aspect of fitting and trimming the straps to fit you well but I'm sure a look online can help you fit them well.

The price is right and this product does what it's advertised to do. Really good arm and shoulder workout in a lot less time than using the arms alone. If you're looking for a training aid to help develop upper body strength and help improve form this would be a good purchase.
