Missing Parts
We are missing two of the 10153494, we’re missing two of the 10153493 and we’re missing two of the 10153491. Sorry, I just gave my grandson this Character for his birthday and we were missing a bag which held the shoulder spikes. Can we possible get the missing bag?

Great product but delivery wasn't so great
Schleich Eldrador figures are awesome! I have several others. This one, however, is intended as a gift to my grandson and was packed in an envelope instead of a box. It arrived with the product box crushed.THANKS AMAZON.

Awesome detail for cost
The details, colors and size along with the joint work make this a good and sturdy toy. Very happy.

Terrible customer service
I purchased the Schleich robot for my kids and when I received it, there were parts missing. I contacted the company four times over the last five weeks for replacements and they still haven't been sent. I even sent photos of the packaging and the missing part numbers. The company even questioned whether my child lost them instead of them not being packaged correctly. My kids generally like the Schleich toys but I now refuse to buy them.

Great figure but weapon falls right out of his hand.
Amazing details on figure very durable but the weapon falls out of his hand if you move it at all. My son was pleased with the figure but is frustrated that the sword won't stay in his hand. But it is worth it!

Thick figure
Not quite clear until opening that this is a 4 inch tall figure that is almost equally as wide: it is a heavy fellow. Main body only has two points of articulation (each arm) and the small see through block person fits into pegs on top. Hammer is quite floppy (good, I suppose, as it won't snap easily). Unlikely to break, but could do damage if thrown across the room.
