Great product, I've managed to put up wall paper and shelving with this.The next project will be an entertainment centre.

I've previously used a dewalt laser level which currently sells on amazon for twice the price of this one. This level is easy to use and accurate. The carry case isn't as strong as the dewalt one, being just fabric instead of a hard plastic, and the wall mount doesn't fit inside the case. The wall mount is easy to fit on a non-metalic surface (the level has a magnet built in which you'd use if the surface was steel) but doesn't have any adjustment once its fitted. This isn't too much of an issue for me though as i'm usually either fitting it to steel or wood.As long as you're not going to be throwing it around or chucking heavy stuff on top of it in your van, this is just as good as a more expencive one, and I think the green laser is more visible than the traditional red one.

Bought this to square up a classic car complete re build. The brightness of the beams are great and so far the accuracy has been spot on. I was using a £100 dew--- red lazer and found the red light hard to see if there was much light. I also bought a cheap tripod that is worth it's weight in gold when moving the laser to different heights and angles.

Not too bad for the price, especially If intended use is for DIY within areas not too well-lit.The issue I had with this laser is that the vertical line is not as bright as the horizontal line. Using the level on a building site in some areas was no use and hardly visible at all when fixing vertical runs of pipework.If the vertical line visibility was equivalent to the horizontal line, I would not be sending it back for a refund which Amazon has agreed to do.

Used while building a resilient wall. Really easy to set up on a tripod and then just follow the level line marking out the clip positions. Saved hours on the job. Us it for so many things now.

I purchased this for an upcoming project however I used it today whilst installing a switch. Simply attached it to the included magnetic bracket, let the auto gyro provide a level, adjusted height and lined up the new switch perfectly. Good value for money.

Not quite bright enough for outdoor use, especially when sunny. Great to use indoors. Had to tape the battery hatch door shut as the catch is not very good and keeps springing open

Have used this laser level at work for routing pipework and it has been useful.Compared to much more expensive lasers it has a good range and the green bean is highly visible.If you are going to use it a lot it might be an idea to get rechargeable batteries.The magnets on the bracket are ok but you might want to consider making your own bracket. A replacement one is available if it gets broke.Would recommend for using at work.
